error 7 flashing green and red

Hi guys i should have left well enough alone, i modded my box with x3. I have a version 1.0 box, I have since then completely removed the box from factory enviroment and put it into a clear acrylic pc case, since it was a ver. 1.0 I soldered the wires to the board and then connected it to the x3. worked great , I thought it would look nicer with the pin header inside the clear case so I bouht some solder braid removed old stuff then reinstalled the solderless pin header, in the meantime completley revamping the system into a pc case.
now I finished tried to boot it up and I get an error code 7 hdd timed out. now what do I do. ohh yeah I had to extend the dvd yellow connector also but I did 1 wire at a time so not to wire wrong. if anyone can help I would be greatful Thanks

since I have posted this I put the original hd back into box and it boots up fine is it possible to have a bad drive?

I am very new at 360 modding and I learned that if you flash the 360's DVD drive I would be able to play backed up games.

I've read some tutorials and stuff and I found this one that said to download JungleFlasher. Open it, go to DVDKey 32 tab and press the L083info button. But when I pressed it, it said "LO83info is only for Lite-On 83 version 1". So nothing happened.

I read that I need some sort of key and searched for it and found this...

Will this work to get that key? What do I do when I get it? Do I need anything else? I am working on extremely limited funds. I used the last of my money to buy a SATA connector and DL-DVD's. If this will not work, can someone please point me in the (cheapest) right direction? I seriously want to get this thing modded.

If you can solder then you can do the RMA hack for about $10 worth of stuff from radio shack.

Never used it but hey, they wouldn't sell it if it didn't work.

It worked! I got it on Monday, flashed it later that day. My computer froze once where I thought I screwed up but I replaced the driver and everything went smooth.

well if your going to do this for people i will tell you i got that switch when i first started and after 25 times it was no good
