hey guy's i need help trying to get my xbox back up and running, my harddrive recently died so i had to get a mod chip so i could use a new drive. a samsung 120gb 5200rpm drive the mod chip is a executer 2.3lite .
i got the chip to boot up the xbox but it just hangs at error 13 .i downloaded slayers but i cant seem to get it to run. i have the philips drive . i tried to burn it to a dvd+r and to a cdrw- and both will not run the cd . i am not sure what i am doing wrong but i know i am very close to getting this going ,becuase now i get athe executer2 config live loading screen.
and i didnt get that before. i have been reading a million posts about this and seen that its a dashboard prob.and most people had backups of there's but i dont since my original drive is dead.
is there anyway to add a dashboard through a cd? and is there any special steps i needed to take to burn slayers to a cd?
i am really really lost with this i just cant figure it out. i hope one of you guy's who had this problem and figured it out could help me out on this one..
