LITEON 74850 Error E66 ON Jasper. Please help

I picked up a Jasper on dash 13599
I tried to play a game and the screen goes to e66

update failed 351F-40A3-1600-0703-C000-0099

Used binary hex converter to get 16547. Downloaded 16547 to usb
Now i get error 351f-40a3-1600-0700-c000-000e

Hooked up liteon 74850 to JF thinking maybe it was flashed?
JF shows stock, no sign of LT. PCB in the drive is liteon

If it is LT, i was going to flash to stock but the only stock i can find is post 13141 02510C
I did not flash

All jaspers i have seen come with liteon?

All liteon 16D2S are on firmware 02510c after 13141 update. Did u dump firmware with JF? Some jaspers ship with BenQ drives originally. Usually flashed or spoofed drives show this sort of behaviour.

i had a similar issue with a console that was stuck in an update loop.

i suspected there was a spoofed drive in the system causing this.

drive was also stock.

ended up RGH the system to obtain the OSIG info and to my surprise the drive was the original, no spoofing involved.was simply a bad update that was causing the loop, nothing else.

built a new stock NAND making sure to match my LDV's etc, reflashed to the console, problem sorted.

And update your Liteon firmware to 02510c.
