You could use the NTFSDOS CD.
Download Textbook's Tutorial and read the Samsung MS28 NTFSDOS Part. That should work in youre case, I hope.

Alright, try to update to .net framework 2.0 (you'll find it at microsoft.com). If that doesn't work try the NTFSDOS CD.

NTFSDOS Part worked almost...
After selecting drive, I wait 10 sec and turn on the xbox, then I get an error message, "Failed to input file" anyone? I've added the orig.bin to the root of the folder and under BACKUP/xxxxxxx/xxxxx/orig.bin

I had exactly the same problem when trying to make a usb boot device.I tried using a usb stick and a usb floppy disk, i even tried 3 different usb flash sticks but no luck with any of them.in the end i purchased a floppy disk drive and since then i have not had one problem when trying to flash.
I could not find any information on the error code either.
as a last resort you could buy a floppy disk unit pick them up very cheaply now as floppy is considered a dead format.

Had the same Problem with the command. I just renamed the orig.bin into hacked.bin, copied the file to the Folder where youre hacked.bin normally is (Backups/7digits/5digits) and used the iFlash command.
