RGH error programming coolrunner PLEASE help

Every time I try to program my coolrunner with the jasper jed I get this error:

Does anybody know how I can fix this? BTW if you cant already figure this out, I am using the official xecuter xilinx jtag cable and the coolrunner is powered by the 360 while powered off

How can you be powering the CoolRunner if the 360 is off?

the 3v3 connection is always supplying power when the 360 is plugged in EDIT: At least I think...

Both LED's on the coolrunner are lite up and impact identifies the chip successfully, but that is the best it can do...

do you have the cable plugged in right to the CR i know its stupid but it happens is your switch set to prog or normal i don't have one of these cables so...

prog, and unless the cables are wired backwards, which I dont belive they are being the GND and the VCC in the correct locations...

Try putting the coolrunner on Normal Mode, if its on program or vice versa

He means the xbox is on standby

Setting to normal did nothing. Still exactly the same error

My last question, should I just buy the nand-x to coolrunner cable? NOBODY I know can do it, although I might just need another computer with onboard lpt to try it on...
