Error programming Coolrunner rev c

I am trying to programme my coolrunner rev c with my nand-x but every time i send the command NandPro xsvf: trinity.xsvf i get an error saying nandpro.exe was unable to start (0xc00000ba)

The thing is my coolrunner light is not lit up!!!

Is this right?

do you have the nandx to cr cable?
pls post pic of your setup
there was some fualty nandx to cr cables in the past but this was only in the begining

Does the command run without the NAND-x connected?
