I'm in 14699 dashboard and wanted to updato to the latest 1750, started the update proccess with J-Runner (I have FSD 775 and Dashlaunch 3.14 (571), this is what I did, enabled updserv in DL, in Jrunner loaded in Source my nanddump, previously I went to Advanced>Get latest System Update, went to Patches/Dashlaunch tab and checked "Use Dashlaunch" and "Include Launch .ini ?", then in Update Mode tab it says 1750, I clicked Update, and the log says this:

no need for 2 sep threads man, thats a good way to get a temp ban.

the console itself is already running 3.14 patches or ur jujst running 3.14 to enable updserv? if dl asks if u want to update patches tell it yes and redo everything you just did.

I'm sorry I didn't know if anybody was going to see my old thread. I won't do it again, I don't know, I don't recall dashlaunch asking me to update patches.

How can I make sure if the console is running with those patches?

In miscellaneous, the Update Patches function is greyed out, I just tried another method on a tutorial which was opening a command prompt on the xebuild folder and typing: xebuild update -f 17150

And the same thing about hv patches appear in the command prompt.

Actually I never did it, was afraid it would brick my xbox, but some games failed and forums said it was because of that, and I think I'm having some video player trouble because of that.

What I was going to do right now was put in a usb stick the $Systemupdate folder (which I got from the Jrunner folder when I click Advanced>Get latest System Update), and according to a video it would prompt an update which is "safe" to install and that's it.

Is that the proper procedure?

Thanks again for the live help

put the update on usb, rename it to $$ystemUpdate,if you have f3 dash installed, you need to back out of that before sticking the usb stick into xbox.to do this you hit the home button on controller, then go all way to right to system settings, and hit that, this will take you back to the metro (retail looking) dash, then insert usb stick,it should then prompt for update, just accept.

That's it, I have the avatar update installed, it did solved my problem when streaming videos from my PC, I used to get the 69-C00DF804 error code. Now it just plays fine, now I'll try COD Black Ops 2 which used to freeze on Multiplayer.

Thank you so much nofelonies, I really appreciate your help.
