ERROR!

I am getting an error with SamTool when trying to flash.

When i type in Idump and the serial, i get

ERROR: File Backups\ serial\serial\orig.bin does not exist!
Program aborted!

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please explain step for step as it is very easy to confuse me

it's a toshiba samsung ms28 harddrive if that helps
