ok some might know that i did a bad flash on a v1.6 xbox, i used the same bios disk to flash that i used on my v1.0, i know that was a stupid mistake.
so because the v1.6 was frag and flashing red and green i took the chip out and put it in my v1.0, now the chip is working, but i want to re-flash it, the chip is a Duo x2 cromwell flash/bios chip and on bank 0 it comes up with the cromwell screen but can't do anything in this?
bank 1 is what i flashed and when i power up it comes to the xbox splash with excuter under the Xbox sign, then goes to the M$ dash, i can load backups.
would it be possible to install slayers evox auto installer 2.6 on my v1.0 and re-flash the chip with a v1.6 bios then return that chip to the v1.6 board?
and when i put my chip that was in my v1.0 will evox still work with that chip?
