Is their a way to install evox dashboard through networking? I have an xecuter 3 in a 1.6 xbox. If thier is a way please tell me what site gives you a tutorial on how to do this.

you mean like ftping the files over? Yes its possible and the easiest way to do it. Just download evox files, edit the .ini file and rename .xbe file to evoxdash.xbe or somthing of the sort. and upload to a folder or in the root of the partition. then edit whhat .xbe file to boot to (evoxdash.xbe in other wods) in x3 config live.

Yes, Unless you are lucky enough to have a drive that doesn't use ap25 . As you load dashboards update (from some games) the ap25 checks will become current on your console. Regardless of if you connect to live or not - a failed AP25 check with either a) blackscreen (if you have LT+ installed) or b) give dirty disk error and log an AP25 challange fail, corrupt your game saves .
Either way a backup game that requires ap25 patch will not play without it!
In case you don't know, the drives that don't use AP25 are Samsungs and pre-78 Hitachis.

I have a BenQ, I downloaded Dosflash, Jungle Flasher v0.1.79 beta (208), and LT+v1.1, should that work for flashing my drive?
Also how soon does the ap25 patch come out after a new game released out in stores?? I'm modding this so I might be able to get my hands on the new Duke Nukem, and where do i go for the latest ap25 patches? Sorry for all the questions. I've modded ps2's before but im new to the 360 modding.

Also if I DL a game online is there a way to tell if the game has been patched or not. Or should I just patch them just in case. Thanks for the quick response BTW!!

2. Visit our downloads section and download the Jungleflasher tutorial 1.3.8 - then read it follow instructions for BenQ drives.
3. Getting hold of your original game at any local stockist! OR order online from the likes of Play.com (see my post above!)
4. Games patches for AP 25 are created by only 1 man! he must have hands on access to the original disc to enable him to create the patches - so waiting time varies greatly dependent on how sought after the game is.
5. Download AGBX also linked in Downloads section.
FYI only 6 games currently require an AP2.5 patch

OK thanks. Sorry about breaking the rules. I was pretty tired when I joined this forum last night. couple more questions. I have a 360 with the RROD but the drive in it is a BENQ same as the console I want to mod. Can I use that drive because the old one is kinda flakey. Anything special I would have to do as far as flashing the new drive or can I use any BenQ drive I want?
And after I flash my drive will I still be able to install and run the games off the hard drive and have them still work? and is it possible to run them directly off the HDD without the disc in? i'm very new to this and just curious.

Sure you can use that drive, just flash it with the dvd key of the console you are moving it too 
Games from hdd with no disc only possible on a jtag xbox.

Not sure if this is taboo or not. but if I was to make a Backup copy of my legal game disc. What program should I use to burn it with. Would any image burning software work?
