Ok I got it flashed right and EvoX on it but I have about 3 major problems is there some place where these questions can be answered I know this is flashing but I don't know where to find EvoX help. If you think you can help me here is whats wrong. When I boot with the X3 off I get the message that says I need to call service, I can't play DVD's in EvoX, and I can't boot to the msdash at all.

ok ...u replaced your hdd right??
first have you locked it...in x3 config live .
Next did you copy all of drives c: & e: off the original stock drive and xfer it to the new hdd?

Does sound like hdd locked whats the Error number?
