Nope, not violating any rules. I knew this was coming and was actually looking at pictures of it last night. The pics i saw showed a Hitachi tray. If this is the case, it is likely a v79, as i dont seem them putting an exploitable drive (by software anyways) in a new console. I would expect that it will be that or BenQ drives.

Yeah at first it made me mad that I plunked down full price for a premium system less than 2 months ago only to have this come out right afterwards. That is until I thought about the drive thing caster420 mentioned. Now I think I'll just buy the Black Knight case.
