Executer 2.6 Big problem Need Help!

Hi!

My friend got an executer 2.6lite but got a serious problem.

He has flashed both banks with an bios that will not work.

Is it a way to reset the chip? or fix this problem?

He`s Xbox restarts 3 times when power on and then black screen..

What can we do to fix this?

if both banks are not working then your only options are

get a programmer and flash it via pc

or to do a hotswap with another chip and box
