I’m curious but broke at the moment. Right now I’m running sxos 2.92 (9.01 support) haven’t updated to latest yet. I’m using a external 4tb hdd that has many files from ps4 dumps (not downloaded) Ps3 dumps and Xbox 360 dumps. Then I have my switch dumps as well. It takes a good 5 mins for the hdd to be finished scanning before I can pick a tittle or do anything really. Should I use a smaller hdd or could I use a type-c usb flash drive? Anyone try a flash drive yet? I have seen the USB adapter for while not docked.
I want to have it more mobile if you know what I mean and a 256/512mb as card is just a headache lol.
thanx in advance

The reason it takes so long is its scanning avery folder/files on your HDD, so a smaller HDD with only Switch games on would be a good thing
Haven't tried and USB stick myself, but have read some on this board that have had success with it

I have a 1TB with just switch games and it still takes about 1 minute to scan through my games (just over 100). I did request that the scan is manual or only after a reboot rather than every time you enter the album, but I don't think anyone saw it.
