Is there any way to solder a 3mm LED and make it flash when the console is attempting to glitch? I tried soldering a green 3mm to a 3.3v source, than solder it to the ground on the cool runners green led but no luck.

I actually did this. I removed the Surface Mount LED that is on the CoolRunner, ran two 30g wires from each point, and soldered a small LED to each wire and ran it to the top of the XBOX near the hard drive vent trim.

There really no point for this though as Phat's boot fast, this would only be beneficial on a Slim, maybe near the fan grill or on the ROL some way.

Its for one of my slims. I considered removing the old one and replacing it with a 3mm one but was unsure if it would have enough power. What size LEDs did you use.
