External hardrive questions

So I decided to use a combination of an Internal original hardrive and an external USB hardrive for my JTAG

My question is with the internal original will the save games still save on this drive or will freestyle dash use the external.

I saw that some information will save on the external but will the games that I already have just keep saving to the internal.

The game saves are on the same as the user selected i.e. during the game it asks where to save the data, if you have a m$ formatted part. on your usb drive it can save it there if not it'll be on the m$ hd or mem unit.
If your not asked it'll be on the same device as user you logged in with
