External HDD Partitions

I recently glitched my Falcon Box and have Been reading and reading and cant seem to find an answer to this question.

Is it possible to play Xbox and Wii backups off the same hard drive with two partitions?

I currently have a 2TB External HDD and I've formatted both with Fat32, the XBOX one being larger as I have more games for that system but XeXmenu seems to only see the one set up for Wii.

Has anyone successfully set something like this up?

A hard drive with one full FAT32 partition on would work, I know people who have one FAT32 hard drive set up with multiple folders for different consoles.

Combining all files onto the same partition would work? Hmm never thought of that, Ill give it a try, thanks!

I can't see any reason why not, all you would have to do is configure FreeStyle Dash to look in your XBOX 360 folder whenever the HDD is connected to the console.
