External Switch Problem (blue in retail mode?)

i instaled the X3 in a v1.1 box (replaced my chameleon). since my old setup originally had d0 on a switch, i opted to keep it this way and forgo the power eject thingy.

the problem i'm having, is when i'm playing in retail mode (d0 severed), the external switch will changed from red to blue (after a couple of minutes). what does this indicate?

i've read several people having similar problems, but no definitive answer.

I'm having similar issues.

I have a xbox v1.6 and have X3 installed with 1959 bios & 3.01 flashbios. I recently added a 120gb HDD, but this was happening before I changed the HDD.

I can not disable the modchip. If I hold power, box turns on, LED flashes RED for like 5 seconds, then box powers itself off then powers itself back on again with chip enabled (BLUE LED).

I've searched the forums over and have found lots of people with this problem, but not a single solution to it.

Please help.

this means u f'd up the LPC rebuild....please destroy your hour of work....resolder the pin header better...then add wires...or if your a lucky bastard the new rebuild board....

thats about 99% of the problems on v1.6

i had that problem but all better now

Account suspended till the 3rd of march c

My account has bin suspended from the xbox live team coz me and a user were comparing bios and as i said mine was better he beefed and reported me to xbox live.

I had the robot that says f**k you with the words f**k you so they banned me
