External Switch problem

Everything seem have been install in this Xbox 1.6B with the Xecuter 3X mod chip. Now the final problem is the External Switch..

WHen i press the power on it didn't show up the sceen said to be flash ..

anyone have this type of problem? thanks..

does the external switch leds turn on? if not, check the lights on the chip itself. there should be 2 blue leds that are on (3.3v and 5v) i'm assuming the 3.3v led is not on. check pins 9 and 15 because that's where the switch gets the power.

if these are on, make sure your dip switches are on,on,off,off,off
