Are there any command line tools which can be used to extract ISO to convert to JTAG Rip on Linux ?

That is a LiveCD distro, it's Ubuntu 10.10
And not just any Linux distro will work, They have to be ported for the xbox or something.
Will that one all you have to do it extract the .rar and copy the contents onto the root of a fat32 flash drive and plug it in and boot Xell.

Ok i got it , but how do i extract ISO since the ISO is above 3Gb so the FS is going to be NTFS/EXT3 would that work on console ? i.e

1. Boot console from USB which has LiveCD.
2. Connect NTFS/ETX3 drive which has ISO
3. Use any linux tool to extract the ISO now.(Which tool since its a linux Live CD i cannot install any app)

Would the Point 2 work ?
