Face plate painting

Hello all just painted my first box I have to say it turned out pretty good nice shiny red led later to come nice video to on how to paint properly never thought to wet sand but any ways do any of you fellas have any best practices on trimming out the control quadrents and the center power light on the plate? I was able to tape of the quadrent and deal with that but havent come up with a good way to do the center light or is that one of them things that gets painted over. Im just anal like that and wanna see my center light

Tape it off put it over a light and you can cut out around the lighted areas or paint it and scrape it off after

Will do gotta break out my good camera the cell phone doesn't do it any justice haven't thought of any cut out designs yet but showed a buddy the case and said the color resembles ironman
so may go that route with the chest piece of his in the middle with some blue led to light up just a thought
Then maybe hit the trim pieces up in a yellow/orange not sure yet
