Hey guys. Updated my SXOS to 2.9 and my OFW to 9.0. Then went to update emunand to 9.0 with Choix Du Jour and progress bar froze towards the end. Obviously I had to turn off as everything froze and buttons/screen completely inactive. On turning back on I can still enter SXOS options with Vol button but on booting SX CFW I get a black screen after the Nintendo logo. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same thing happened to me, but fortunately i had already made an emunand partition. i guess there is problem with the latest os, may be the team xecuter will release an update soon.
hello guys , unfortunately I have the same problem, black screen and failed update with choix. now having no nand backup, do you think the problem is solvable with a team update?
is there a way to just copy my old emunand back to the sd card?
i updated to 8.1 but with the new sx os 2.9 running.
choix crashed at the end and i had to restart.... now black after nintendo logo when trying to boot custom FW in emunand....
is there an easy way to just reinstall the whole custom FW on a new sd card? or do i miss the point here?
actually just fixed this...
I copied my emunand backup from my external HD just on the SD card and replaced the existing (crashed updated) emunand folder.
Restarted the switch and pressed emunand custom FW...
all working fine again.... will try to reinstall FW update..

All working now...
Updated the restored 5.1. Emunand with SX os 2.5.3 to 8.1 THEN updated the SX to 2.8 beta...
ALL WORKING

Choi crashes with 2.9 for me and my friend too. I was lucky it didn't bricked my switch and i safely updated FW using SX OS 2.8.
If yo u have SX OS 2.9 DONT update FW with choi, cause it will crush and corrupt your system files.
