HITACHI 79 failed ram upload

had someone bring me in a xbox with a hitachi drive,now i ve never had a problem with these drives till the other day.
i plugged it all in,got it into mode B,windows assigned it a drive letter and so on.now what happens is everytime i click the dump firmware it starts the process and then says FAILED RAM UPLOAD.
no matter how many times i re-start JF and try again i keep getting the same message.
just wondering if anyone else had same problem and how they got around it if they did?

Then use 79Unlock, bit 4 of 0x5BD is set to to lock the drive - The unlock disc sets this in RAM and enables you to unlock the drive.

Send mode b then press unlock 79 and make sure you have 79unlock cd inside the drive

Or have you done this
