Failed to autobaud

Just got my nandx, coolrunner and all the cables. When I try to update the nandx via the update cable I purchased for my ck3 I get a failed autobaud. Now I got an external powered usb hub, I have two ck3 pro's both revision D and made the needed jumper connection and checked it all with my meter. Tried a different computer and vmware. Any suggestions?

man, im in the same boat. im sure its something simple, but i havent figured it out yet.
i have a CK3 Pro, and a Rev D as well. i cant get either past the autobaud error.

Well I went ahead an just re soldered the jumper on one of my ck3's and it work just fine. Was able to update the nand x and progrom the timing files to the coolrunner. Time to install.

ive tried 2 different wires. ant get past the autobaud error. i used Kynar, and solid core 28 gauge. im at a loss. but ill keep plugging away at it. im confused because one of my ck3's is an OLD one, non revD, i mean. and it does the same thing.
