For all those that get "failed to erase block 0" here is a fix.
The reason you get that is because Flashmagic believes the nandx is write protected. Below is the fix to enable writing new v3 .hex to the nandx
Instead of ticking "erase blocks used by hex file" Tick "Flash + code Rd Prot" as highlighted in picture then proceed as normal.
