very and 3v is in fine, im guessing the coolrunnner is fooked.

The coolrunner is f**ked is your first diagnostic?
Firstly your power wire shouldnt be soldered like that. It has tension which puts stress of the joint, this means that while the joint was cooling the wire was moving, which puts fractures of the joint.... Also if you accidentally nudge it, your 3.3v point is gonners, pad ripped and everything.
Then look at your green wire on the back... There are like 3 other points that the wire touches.... When you are soldering these points its not just a matter of soldering the wire to the right point. Its also a matter of making sure that the wire/solder will not join with another point....
Pfft, coolrunner is fooked... take a look at your soldering.... thats fooked....
