Hello Everyone.
Not new to rgh, i have more than 25 consoles done already, been flashing drives for a few years now.

This console:
Falcon cb 6570
i have 2 mathing dumps with a bad block each on 0321 position (far from xell 0-49).

So if i:
flash Original Nand (remapped or not) -> RROD 0022
flash ecc (eccglitchgenerator, as always) with:
CR for falcon -> just blinks green once, nothing happens
tried CR for zephyr/jasper but get 0022

- wires ok. I check them with a multimeter.
- I saw the Martin's explanation about LDV regarding 0022 errors, but that only applies on booting dash, not xell.
- Try with 2 diferent CR, same results

anything more i can do?
If you need pictures of my soldering i can post them no problem.

"So if i:
flash Original Nand (remapped or not) -> RROD 0022"

Check CPU_PLL_BYPASS. Desolder it and try booting to retail NAND.

If it works, resolder CPU_PLL_BYPASS.

Sure it isn't a jasper? I don't think that is a Falcon CB
Spotted!

OP - open your dump in 360 Flash Dump Tool (which is what you should be doing for EACH of the 25+ consoles you've already done).

What does it say in the bottom right corner?

Sorry for the confusion on the cb. I was just warning some guy in another topic with a jasper telling him to check the cb in 360 flash tool to confirm he doesn't have a jasper cb 6572, because he couldn't glitch it.

My cb is 6771 (Falcon 100%).
I use 360 flash tool in every console.
I compare them on nandxhealer. grab de cpu key and use 360 flash tool to confirm the cpukey is ok.

Martin thank you for the suggestion.
I tried removing all the wires from CR and flash it with Original nand. Thats when i get 0022 after around 30 seconds.
Here are 2 prints of 360Flashtool

on my falcon dump I am not missing CF and CG. Do not know if that matters, but I have them listed on my nand dump of a falcon.

Most NANDs will keep a copy of previous CF/CG values (so either in Patch0 or Patch1). It obviously changes along with the new LDV as you update the console.

Might be nothing, but thought I'd mention it.

Martin all i've done was trying different setups to try understanding where was the problem.
This include:
- flash ecc
- reflash ecc generated with other nanddumps
- flash original nand
- solder and desolder CRs
- also inspected the board with magnifier searching for bridges.
- Nothing outside this.

here are 3 pics of the cpu_pll_bypass zone.
Sorry for the quality, i had to take them with the iphone. But if you see something there that worths some more quality i can get a decent camera, no problem.

Sloshymon, tkyou for the imput. I had other nands without the CF and CG, and they glitched with no problem :)

You have too much wire exposed on the CPU_PLL_BYPASS wire. It can easily pick up interference like this. The written ECC should stop 0022 from happening (driven by CPU_PLL_BYPASS), so again points to this area.

hey Martin, i shortened the CPU_PLL_BYPASS, and also the STBY_CLK wich was a little exposed. Checked the others, they were ok.
Reflashed the ecc created with EccGlitchGenerator and it's the same:
CR only blinks green once
0022 only happen with the original nand or with the ecc but with the CR programed for jasper/zephyr.
With ecc + CR programed for falcon it won't do 0022. The CR blinks green only once and the center light keeps blinking forever

Do you know something that could cause the CR to just blink green once? (apart from it glitching off course)
I believe it has something to do with the nand. It should not give 0022 with the original nand, and it should not behave like this when i try to glitch it.
But on the other hand i do have the 2 matching dumps, and it only needs the first 50 to build a valid ecc, so i am kinda lost with this.

First Thing:
I wasn't able to create the ecc using multi_builder in the desktop computer i use for xbox.
So i tried in another computer and was able to create the ecc using multi_builder. Flash it to nand.

The CR keeps blinking green just once and i DON'T hear the fans reseting.
If i change the CR to prog the fans reset but obviously nothing on CR. DOn't have 0022
If i have the CR set to Normal but the switch set to SLIM the fans reset but no green light on CR.

This xbox is driving me crazy

I was able go grab a camera. Not HD but i think is enough, please tell me otherwise and i will get a better one:

Collrunner solders

STBY_CLK no Shorts - resistor measured - around 33 ohm
http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/52/61963816.jpg/

STBY_CLK - soldered on track
http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/13/96388944.jpg/

CPU_RST - soldered on upper side of MOBO, tested with multimeter, ok
http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/714/28106874.jpg/

Post_OUT solder
http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/857/58058884.jpg/

PLL_Bypass
http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/710/13790997.jpg/

You can zoom the pictures if needed.
Wires replaced with 30 awg Kynar
None of the wires is near the 2 bottom coils.
CR still blinks green just once, fans still do not reset. If i disconnect the CR then the fans reset.
Any help?

Solder points look ok - however as you have a falcon these should glitch really well. Therefore it should easily boot with the retail NAND and CR set to NOR.

Flash retail NAND for now. Boot from NOR and PRG. Once you have it booting with both, you'll be good to flash the ECC for the glitch itself.

Martins thank you for your help. I really appreciate it.
However when i flash the Original nand to the Falcon i get a 0022 error. I tried with and without bad block (0321) remapped.
I know, all the falcons i did glitch at first. This one must have something wrong :s

I will flash the Retail nand again and report back

I was getting 0022 without the CR. I tried with CR (don't remember PRG or NOR) and tried with other glitchers chips as well and was getting 0022. Then i just removed the chip, wires, and cleaned the pads, and was still getting 0022
