Some where i read teajunk said sometime 0022 appear when you wanna lift the mob you do this by pulling the heatsink and it need to be fix . I think Martin C can explain this to you better than me . Can this be his problem ?

That is not the issue. This is a custom job done for a customer and the heat sinks have been changed and new thermal paste added. It's a 360 in a briefcase (portable).
Something on the board has been shorted and the resitance of this one resistor changes when added to the board. If I take it off the board and measure it I get 9.92 kohms but on the board it reads at 32.1 ohms. Strange.
I have replaced the board and glitched the new one so I am going to chuck this one up to experience.
