please take to look of these two photos
IMG_1819.JPGIMG_1823.JPG

point FT6U7 at the back of the board was damaged, so I rewired FT6U7 near the CPU.Are you able to see the red and white wire?total length is 35cm.Do you think, it can cause slow to boot?

also I was on RGH2.0 flacon. I also have the feeling that the motherboard needs to warm up itself first(usually take few mins) in order to boot the xbox360.So for the RJTAG right now,I think its the same.

I don't have so much knowledge of that tbh, just wondering if you've tried all settings now? I had one falcon R-Jtagged which wouldn't boot at all or give rrod on anything else except dip 6 (and of course 7 standard for falcon) ON. With dip 6 on, aud_clamp, 470 jumper and no voltage adjusted, it boots consistently 1-2 cycles. Only didn't damage any points on that board so if the points aren't repaired correctly, i only can imagine it will cause problems...

the first initiate boot from room temperature(it feels cold when I touch both heatsink) always unsuccessful till the machine warm up or i can say till 30-40 cycles of glitch, then goes smooth(3-5 glitches to each boot in the rater test). But as soon as the machine cool down(it feels cold when I touch both heatsink),it tooks 30-40 cycles glitch again for the first initiate boot, then goes smooth(3-5 glitches to each boot in the rater test).

so it's more responsive when it's warm?
yeah, I am not sure because I rewire the FT6U7 point near the CPU or not, please take a look this photo.IMG_1819.JPG

cycles glitch:
35
4, 3, 2, 2, 0,
0, 1, 0, 2, 2,
2, 1, 2, 1, 2,
8,
36
4, 1, 2, 2,

In the rater test,35 and 36 are first initiate boot from completely cool down from heatsink, while the machine still hot or warm in the 35th glitch, then I press "stop" button, then click "start" button straight away, then the boot time improved dramatically!

Till 35 and 36,I didn't turn on any fan at all,i just want to warm up the machine, then when it boot in the first time, then I turn the fan on to cool it down, but the cycle glitch timing won't drop, still kept 2-5 glitch to boot.

just the same thing with Zephyr, if I block the airflow from fan to CPU with a piece of paper it boots within 1..2 glitches every time, when the CPU is cold it takes forever to boot
