Falcon 5771 - Has been banned - Need DVD key - what hardware would I need

Ok. Here is the deal. I purchased some parts from a pawn shop today. Surprisingly I got one to boot. However it has been banned. I read the nand with my old school tiao USB spi flasher. CB is 5771. It has been awhile since I have JTAG/RGh a console. Now my questions are.... A) What hardware would I need to rgh it? (Might rgh it and keep it like that or just recover DVD key and change kv) I was just going to get coolrunner but the site I looked at said discontinued. So should I get cr4 or demon? B) what is a good tutorial to use as reference? C) I may have some other falcon nand dumps could I just flash one to this falcon? D) Also another issue is it won't boot because it wants the original hard drive is there a work around for this? Anyways any advice would be greatly appreciated before I start this project thank you.

A) since you have CB 5771, you can use RGH1, it's pretty reliable. Try to find used CR3 Lite on ebay, it's discontinued, but that was the best thing for RGH1 (ensure it's not a copy, you won't get any help here with clones )
yeah, you will also need JR Programmer to program the CR3 Lite
you can't use R-JTAG, it requires CB 5774...
CR4 XL with RGH2+ can also help. It won't boot freeboot image with CB 5771, but it's possible to retrieve DVD key
B) depends on what device you'll get. This forum has both RGH1 and RGH2 tutorials.
C) no.
D) Xbox must work w/o HDD. Are you sure that's the problem?
