I read the Nand fine and I installed the coolrunner fine. I have to use the STBY_CLK alt point on the bottom of the board but it boots fine to my MS dashboard. The problem is XeLL. No matter what I do it wont boot it. its driving me insane because if the coolrunner is fine for the dashboard shouldnt it be good for XeLL? Any tips appreciated

If I understand correctly it boots to stock dashboard but not to xell?
Have you programmed CR with correct jed file?
CR flashes green and trying to glitch?
Check your wiring layout, could be inteferences at work here.
Maybe post some pics

I did two falcons yesterday, which drove me insane, both gave me the same fault and i couldnt understand why, i used the search button and it gave me the answer however yours might be different to mine, so can you please put up some pictures of your soldering points and we will take it from there.

ahhh finally got it and put freeboot on there. Now whenever I have a usb in though it tells me to configure it whenever I restart...

I desoldered everything and put my stock nand back on. Then I resoldered the QSB's so I could read the nand, but I didnt flash anything yet. Next I installed the coolrunner and made sure I could boot the stock dashboard without a problem, but to do this I had to use the alt STBY_CLK point on the bottom of the board, I actually found this easier then the one on the QSB. After I confirmed it was working I simply got the CPU key and ran that through multibuilder to get a glitched image and flashed that to my Nand.
The only problem I have is it keeps making me format my hard drives on every boot but Ill screw around with that some more tomorrow, im going to bed now.
