Known:
Falcon
CR4XL
JR Programmer V2

Pretty Sure:
R-JTag install

Issues So Far:
A. J-Runner V.03 gets to the CPU Key and won't go any further, I am running MAC OS with VM Ware with Windows 7, I have the XBOX and Mac plugged into a switch with leads to a router
B. Boots to steady flashing ring of LED's, with cr4 or without 5v, with and without JRP
C. Found a few white decals left over after the install, look like they may go under the QSB's, The QSB's didn't look to have exposed terminals so I soldered them down, is this an issue? If so which ones?

Things I've tried:
A. Reading more and more forums to no avail
B. Tried unsoldering the 5v and unplugging the JRP, the machine boots to steady flashing ring of red led's after 15 seconds or so
C. Did the continuity test on the JRP Board that installs under the Motherboard and tested ok
D. Did continuity test to all the pins I could think of and install tested out ok

Help:
A. Any insight to what I may have installed wrong
B. Any insight to tutorials that would get me through the install
C. Any insight to tutorials that would get me through the J-Runner
D. Any insight to anything to make this thing fly to the moon

I would add some flux to some of your pads then add a little more solder to make sure the wires have a good connection.
C(Yellow wire) on your CR looks frayed you may wanna try desoldering.
Cut the frayed end off, twist the wire together better and resolder it to your CR.

as above you need to check all your solder points , there is one on your jtag qsb looks like it is not soldered at all to the board , if it worked before now it does not its down to something you have done
