I can't seem to get around this error. I got the keys with no problems but when I build the freeboot image, I get E71 after I flash it with rawflash v4. Rawflash found 2 bad blocks. One is at 0xea (status 210) and the other is at 0x2b1 (status 250). I have used both J-Runner and Multi_builder and had the same results. what are my options? It was suggested that I use a donor nand but I don't have one with a CB lower than 5771.

I've also looked for what the Rawflash status codes mean but I can't seem to find an answer. I not sure if that would lead to a solution or not.

Try writing the image back with NandPro, some users have reported issues when writing an image back with RawFlash.

Also, make sure XeBuild takes care of the bad blocks (check that noremap = false in options.ini) - Multi Builder and J-Runner should already do this but it doesn't hurt to check.

Thank you. I just tried that and it seems to work or at least I'm not getting a RROD. I just have to wait until my kids give me the TV back so I can see what it looks like on the screen lol.

You should see the green LEDs on the RF board follow sequence when the console boots up, that should be a good sign that things went well :).
That is what I see. I just can't get a visual on screen conformation atm. New Super Mario Bros is hogging the TV right now. :D
