So it's not that, you'll be glad to know. Falcons should be at 1.5k for each point and Zephyrs at 500ohms.
I'm working on a Zephyr console right now which had 1.5k on one point and 500ohms on the other. The 1.5k is wrong and indicates a bad connection under the GPU. I've just reflowed it (without changing any of the wiring) and it's now booting to Xell. You therefore understand why I asked
If you're not so good, stop now and get it to someone to repair this for you. Right now there's a good chance it's still JTAGable. TBH If you've broken a trace whilst soldering to big points, you don't want to attempt a trace repair.
