I'll ignore that post as it's gibberish at best.

Boot to Xell, put xenon.elf from rawflash v4 onto a usb stick with your nandflash.bin file. Let it update the console this way instead.

What Martin said. Also create your image using multibuilder as it's the least likely to give you any errors in the build. I reckon his Martinness will agree.

i have created an image with multibuilder v0.7 but thats makes my xbox not even turn on, did an image with jtagtool and oput it to usb with xenon.elf. booted to xell and let xell install the file. when i turn on my xbox now i get the christmas tree lights then E49, i have tried a few rf boards wich work on other xbox 360's, this should indicate a problem with the southbridge? but it is fine when i boot to xell

As long as your LDVs match, take your original NAND dump and run it through Multi_Builder 0.7. Paste the nandflash.log file that gets created.

If you can't get multi_builder to make you a valid flash file, you're either doing something seriously wrong or there's a big issue with your original dump.

Could i use a nanddump from a working falcon board and then patch it with the cpu key from the xbox that has the e49 issue?

The error has just changed from E49 to E79 now? hmm

What's wrong with the original NAND?

You need to stop.

Tell me EVERYTHING about this console, as your OP doesn't indicate any reason why you would need to be messing with donor NANDs. I hate being drip-fed information as it's a waste of everyone's time.

Got this from a customer who said it was faulty and they had tried to fix it so didnt come with any heatsinks so i dumped the nad, then poped on the xecuter rrod kit and started the whole process never checked if it booted to dash my fault really but im guessing that it had a bad nand flash in the first place?

Any ideas

ok, so now we have a history. Do you not think this was worth mentioning at the start?

You need a donor NAND with a CPU key.

You then need to re-encrypt the donor nand with THIS console's CPU key.

If the NAND image you have shown on 360 Flash Dump Tool is valid (which it looks like it is) and is being decrypted with the console's CPU key, run it through Multi_Builder and use it to make a retail image. Then use this image to make an RGH one.

The nand in the image is the orig nand with the orig cpu key fron the e49 console, I am going to dump the nand from the working falcon i have and get the cpu key and then build the image with the e49 consoles cpu key? is that right?
