Description of problem:
The console will not boot to xell. It acts like it wants too boot but then the ROL freezes. Either player 1,2,3,4 show up then freeze, or 1,2,3 show up then freeze. Im pretty sure its not my soldering but ill let you guys be the judge of that. Ive done it with an without aud_clamp also. Ive tried all jumper settings and solder jumper settings. 1.2v shows not red but all four light orange sometimes only when 1.2 is soldered. The console just will not boot. Also when i unplug the av the four frozen lights will go away then come back when i plug it back in?

Was the console working before you started: Y

You've not tried AUD_CLAMP yet. For that, you need to solder 1 & 3 on the QSB and that pad is still copper so has never been soldered.

Remember that when you switch wiring, unplug the PSU after writing the new xell (for at least 20 seconds) to clear SMC cache.

Also change the switch from 0 to 330/470.

Tried aud_clamp as you described and still no difference. Now instead with or without the aud_clamp it sometimes gives me 3 RROD. I flash stock nand back and everything works perfect. Im at a loss? Have you ever seen the error i mentioned above, with the freezing on boot? I think if i cant get this going ill just have to move onto another mobo.

It's probably not this. None of these consoles have issues with RoL.

OP - can you post your POST output for when you get the RoL freeze?
I hate to ask such a stupid question, but i need to get this booting. Anyways how would accomplish this?

RATER gives you POST output.
I was going to try that but now after about 7 seconds it give me 3 RROD where is usually trys to boot. My settings are DIP 7 On, 1.2 Solder jumper, jumper set to 470, aud_clamp applied with the 1&3 solder jumper.

Code:
Version: 10Power Up
Waiting for POST to change

Well i have the motherboard sitting on top of a box and as i went to pick it up to get ready to desolder it the wire got caught and ripped the pad off :/. Will that effect anything? While i wait for a response im going to solder to the top side CPU_RST and ill let you know if that gives me better results.

Thats great to hear. But unfortunately the top CPU_RST gives me the exact same results. 3rrod with 1.2 and no boot with no solder jumper.
