RGH Falcon glitch question.

Done another falcon glitch, and it behave a bit strange:

- it glitch sometimes right from first green blink,
but sometimes can't wait to glitch.
- i see glitch green blink, so it's not the soldering and i try capacitor, or i should resolder some points ?

Yes,
re-soldered two point, and now i see the difference:

- one short green blink = no glitch [check soldering]
- one SOLID green blink = glitch [soldered well]
