Were you using TRAY_OPEN before (that's the wire going to the DVD header)? as you shouldn't be using it AT ALL.

If you want help with this, please refrain from going elsewhere to other threads. Your issue is yours alone.

So:

1. Remove that TRAY_OPEN wire. With AUD_CLAMP, J2D2.1 (TDI) goes to DB1F1 or equivalent. J2D2.2 (TMS) goes to Q2N1.

2. TMS and TDI should read 1.5k resistance with no PSU connected (against GND).

3. Test your diodes!! You've still not done this. There's a ton of websites out there to help you with this part.

The Diodes work, also I just put the OPEN_TRAY wire to that point. Thought it might would boot. Also, I will test the TDI and TMS

It won't boot as TRAY_OPEN is another SMC configuration for JTAG (which thankfully isn't supported any more).

Therefore whatever config you go for, TDI must go to DB1F1 or equivalent.

Like most things, don't meddle if you don't understand.
