If you put the board on its side, you can try with the wires away from the board. Do you have pictures of your install?

I'm still having the same damn problem, I thought it might have been my soldering, so I resoldered all the points. I accidentally f**ked up the STBY-CLK so I repaired the trace and used the alternative point. However that hasn't seemed to work. Is there anything else that could possibly be the problem.

I even wired each wire the exact same way, even with the hot glue in the same spot and I just get flashing green.

Green light not flashing = CPU_PLL_BYPASS. Desolder the wire from the point on the motherboard, trim back the wire slightly, re-strip and pre tin the wire. Clean the point and make sure there are no bridges. Re-solder the wire and make sure you have continuity from the near side of R7R17 and point A. Resistance should be 0 ohm.

If after all this your green light still isn't flashing, then either the ecc file is wrong or you didn't program the Coolrunner board correctly.

But the green light is flashing.

I dont have a voltmeter cause I'm back at home for thanksgiving, but when I get back down to school I'll be able to test it

When the light flashes in your video it is very brief and faint. I had the very same problem with my Falcon board. I rechecked the soldering on the board and the cool runner. Now the light is brighter and flashes for a moment longer and boots right into Xell after about 8sec.

I hope this helps.

Ok, I just measure the resistance across all the points and it is 0 ohms, so if that is correct I dont think the soldering is the problem
