RGH FALCON Not booting

I am doing a falcon for a customer, orange wire next to the Hana lifted the pad so I cut the trace and connected it, but the console wouldn't boot. So I took off the coolrunner and nothing seems to be working .. Help Please...!!!

Pictures I tried the trace but nothing so i scratched the point but nothing happened. A customer brought me one like this and I put the same wire here and it worked.. Idk what to do every other point seems fine

The soldering is not bad, its the flux, I asked for help not insults
plus I already cleaned up the soldering

Edit: Thank you , I used a shorter wire and it worked!! I thought it woulnt matter since I had done it with a wire the same length but I guess not!
