It looks like the STBY_CLK point (orange wire) is damaged, have a look here for a couple of possible fixes.

1. which Mobo have you got?
2. If you say soldering is good, how did you read your nand for the very first time?

i have a falcon and i read my nand with nand x if you guys think that the alternate will fix my issue please let me know i dont want to try it and it doesnt fix my problem please help me with this thanks

I'm not saying it will fix your issue but usually when the console won't power on, it is because of a damaged STBY_CLK pad, resistor or trace.

You need to provide some good closeup pictures of ALL your connections, these pictures are worthless. We need to start there or we can't really help.

Try to do your last hope
NAND BAD FLASH RECOVERY
and follow the steps there.
