Like the title says I have a Falcon jtag that is turning itself on. The only time I have duplicated the problem is when I have a controller plugged in and charging. It powers off then when it starts to continue to charge the xbox will power back on. I wasn't the one to jtag this console so I don not know if there are any bad blocks. But I did dump the nand and ran it through J-Runner in order to update it and the problem persists.

I had a jasper elite that would do the same thing when a controller was plugged in and left to charge. You would turn the machine off then it would just start back up. Console wasn't a jtag or a rgh. Not even flashed. Straight stock. I just gave up on charging controllers with that console.

Did you get it like that, or did it work fine before?
Have you tried a different controller and/or battery (I have 2 batteries and both went bad after a couple months, one causes the controller to disconnect frequently, and a couple weeks later I couldn't even use it to power on the console, hell the controller wouldn't even turn on, I had to plug it in first before I could turn it on).

These days I use Eneloop batteries.

My xenon jtag and falcon rgh both did/do tje same thing.

Its got to be something to do with the pkay and charge kits, since swapping the ROL did nothing. I use a 2 controller charging tower now with no problems.

It may be a problem with the southbridge. But I don't wanna go down that road unless needed.

Nowhere
ditch the rol module wiring and rewire to aud_cmp and use aud_cmp smc option to build a new nand,i find this takes care of all random dumb issues on jtags on hdmi

In your Nand
If you have a usb to controller charger then you will face shutdown issues as this problems is caused my the power block running to your console.

My xenon jtag does the exact same thing when charging. I just use my pc to charge pads now. There was a time when it would just power on even with out the pad charging. I'm sure it went when I put the latest dash on though, although the pad charging still turns it on.

Still need to sort this out anyone else have a suggestion? I believe it may be hardware related but cannot find the source of the issue.
