Any help would be handy as i am probably out of ideas. Working on Falcon console doing CR4 RGH2 install (also tried R-Jtag and other chips Rev C)

Facts
- Genuine CR4 using standard RGH2+ setup
- Xell displays just fine with CR4 in place, but
- Xebuild image 17150 will not boot , rater will end at 2E LOAD XEM, CR4 will stop glitching, no picture, no 4 green lights, just blinking center
- After reverting everything back to retail nand (removed CR4) - will not boot, just green light forever
- Was working just fine before install

As Xell boots fine i suppose that my RGH install and wiring is just fine and problems lies somewhere in written nand image. Tried various smd settings (powermanagement values etc) and so, but still it should in common logic boot with retail nand

Any idea what to look at ? Will include all pictures but at the moment there are no chips installed and nand is back in retail state

Did you happen to get a picture of xell before you removed everything?
Yes. With Cr4 in place Xell worked just fine. And Yes, console was working fine before any install i forgot to mention that obvious fact.

No I mean take an actual picture of xell so we can match it to your nand image and make sure its all correct. Need your fuses

Thanks for reaction. Put Cr4 back inside and fired Xell again. Here are my Fuses and NAND.

Still not there. LDV changed to 19 (very good point, missed that), re-generated retail 17150 image written to console. Now its slightly better - four green lights goes on as usual (hurray moment !) but unfortunately screen remains blank with no signal. There is some other problem...

sounds to me like a bad block, try writing with demon/fusion write option under the advanced menu, this will force remapping of bad blocks.

Have you tried using an AV cable instead of HDMI (or HDMI instead of AV)?

It could be as simple as resetting display settings (hold Y and RT on the controller when you power the console on).

As expected i ended up buying this pos from my customer (he's got only one set of nerves) so its now under my possession.

Tried video reset and both cables (HDMI/AV). As Xell works (HDMI/AV cable) this did not help.
Tried to write retail nand (LDV 19) again using bad block remapping option. As there are no bad blocks in original nand, this didnt help either

Put it into trash, piss on it and burn it is always an option but this would end all the fun.

I always give a disclaimer before opening a Falcon/Opus/Zephyr. I tell them flat out just opening those POS's can result in RROD.

I had the same Problem, use this SMC Configs in the XeBuild Image:
