Falcon, r-jtag, demon, retail nand RROD

Falcon worked great before install (still works fine reverted back to stock). Here are my install steps:
1. install demon.
2. read retail nand and flash it to demon.
3. I tested xbox, booted fine on retail and demon nands.
4. install r-jtag, got it boot to xell, and boots great to 16547

problem is when I try to boot to retail, I get instant RROD. There is no green light on R-jtag at all.

I can not figure it out what I am doing wrong. To me it seems that r-jtag is not turning off when switching to retail nand.
If I remove r-tag and flash stock nand to demon, both nands boot fine.

Thank you for your help :)

This is going to sound crazy, but boot the demon nand, and while the console is on hit the nand switch button. Then power on the console. It should work normally until the next time the power is removed. I had 1 that did this, and so have others, and this was the only thing that worked. This is a documented problem, and I bet the console is throwing RROD 0022.

yup, it boots fine this way. how bad is it for demon to be switched this way?

It wont hurt anything..... and as far as the one i had, you only had to do it everytime the console lost power. Honestly i think it has to do with the southbridge on some falcon consoles. dont quote me on that.
