RGH Falcon RGH boots xell but 1 red ring when normal

I finished soldering/reading nand/ writting ecc on my falcon trying to rgh it. I have my cpu key and 3 nand dumps and created and wrote a glitch image using JRunner, but whenever I try to glitch my console it goes through 2 glitch cycles and gives me 1 red ring in the 3rd quadrant with the error code E73/1021. I've searched for 3 hours and found nothing about 1021 error on RGH. It did say due to ethernet port issue but I used ethernet to get my cpu key with XR. Anyone have an idea whats wrong with it?

Okay well one thing I would start with,
Does the console boot when stock NAND is flashed back and coolrunner set to PRG?

No not any more, Ill go reflow the southbridge tonight and check back tomorrow.

It's more than likely a GPU issue. reflashing the stock NAND would prove this either way. XeLL uses different instruction to the GPU which doesn't invoke E73/E74.
