falcon RGH completed but a mistake

hello.
i rghed a falcon mobo whit 13599 kernel.
when i wanted cut my cpu rst wire and solder it to CR i turned it on and baaaammmm.some smoke was risen.
i immediately turned it off.
i checked mobo and found a bridge between C3A9 pads and i saw Q3m1 transistor.it was reason of smoke.
when i unbridged it console booted correctly whitout an error.
but the problem is fans voltage are 12v and it reset and i cant change fans speed whit FSD.
i dont have a good camera but because picture is needed i attach them.

i tested it in playing ganes.
console run games slowly sometimes.
please help.

try replacing the transistor and go from there. if theres smoke or smell, theres damage.
