Ok I have a Falcon Mobo with Dash 12625, This is when I dumped the 2 nands .. all fine

I was trying a matrix chip and it was not booting... I remembered to update the console.. I reflashed old nand and updated console...to 13604.. I forgot to redump the 2 nands again... I installed a Coolrunner and boot Xell in 3 sec.. but wont boot Freeboot from the 12625 original nand... I don't have the 13604 nand but i do have another falcon Nand the same CB that is 13604

I have also notice sometimes the green light on Coolrunner stops flashing not sure what that means

It won't boot your old dump because you updated it. The LDV has been incremented and you'd need to patch it to match your fuses.

Just use your current RGH build to make a retail NAND if you really want one.

rawflash is the xell way now right, I have done this too... If I flash the .ecc Xell Boots no problem... but I've made RGH build and made a 13604 retail then made the freeboot from that.. still same thing.. I flashed using the .elf... .. I would like freeboot on it for sure..

You don't understand. The update has incremented your LDV.

Boot to XeLL and count the fff's on lines 7 and 8. This is your max LDV value.

Take this number and add it to the options.ini (normally it gets taken from the NAND dump but we want to override it). Try rebuilding after this.
