Falcon RGH troubles...

Hey guys, I'm in the process of doing my first RGH and running into some difficulty. I wired in my JR programmer and read the nands with no issue at all. I then proceeded to wire in my glitch chip, after that was done I went back to try and create the ecc and write it. This is where I ran into problems, config 0x00 errors and 0x230 I believe. After rebooting the programmer, reflashing it, trying a different pc it seemed to work. Until I went to write the ecc it timed out on each block. I then tried to re-solder all points. Same problem. I couldn't query the board or re-read the nands but I had a green light on the programmer and was able to flash it. I tried to reflash the stock nands and also nothing but errors and j-runner even crashed on me. The light on my power brick is orange. At this point I removed all the components and tried to boot the console. Nothing at all happens no lights, no fans, no nothing. I'm wondering if maybe the nand is corrupt? I don't have the CPU key only my original nand dumps. Being it was my first RGH I went very slow and double checked everything. Here are some pictures of the board in it's current state...

Apologize if they are a little blurry these were taken on a one plus:

Appreciate any help or idea's on what I could try next. Thank you.

Did u solder to the stby clk point when u installed the chip. Cos sounds like u may have damaged that point. I can't see on the pics.

Could be a bad solder ball to a header under the Southbridge, but more than likely you soldering on the nand points. When you take pictures, it does us no good if you removed all of the wiring.

I was primarily curious as to why it would not boot up in it's current state but I will re-wire my programmer and put up pics.
