over the past week I isntalled a coolrunner on 2 systems. A zephyr and now a falcon. The zephyr is up and running, but I'm having issues with my friends falcon.
We Installed the coolrunner and nandx using QSB's and I tested all points with a multimeter before flashing. Everything seemed to go well. I read the nand 4 times and all matched.
After flashing with freeboot the console was booting. My buddy decided to pack it up put the console back together and went home.
When he got home he started having issues. He said it started randomly ejecting and turning on. It RRODed on him once. then it started flashing just a green light. He brought it back to me today and it's not booting at all. When plugged in you see the red LED on the coolrunner but it never flashed green to glitch. no power other than this shows when you hit any power button.
The system appears dead. I can still push timing files to the coolrunner but I can no longer read or write to the nand.
Here are some pics of the job:

NOTE: I did not give a closeup of the solder points on the back because they are currently covered with glue. This was done on both consoles once we tested and verified the points were working to prevent them from accidentally being pulled off.
