Hi there I have just installed my CoolRunner and only to find out that my CB 5773 is not supported yet :(
Is there anyway I could test my coolrunner is working as the console does not boot to dashboard. Red light is on coolrunner and when I turn on the Xbox the green light comes on after a few seconds. Does it seem as if my soldering is ok I managed to dump my NAND twice :) so no problems there.

If the red light is on and the green light glitched every few seconds, then the coolrunner would seem to be fine

Do you have programmed it? Switched to nor from program mode?

OP - remove the CR. You should have done your homework first. There are plenty of threads on checking versions. I have a roadmap for noobies which would have answered the question, had you bothered to read it.

Since it's your first soldering, just pray to God the console still works once you remove it. I strongly suggest picking on something else to practice on in the meantime.

If the thought of reading guides and stickys puts you off, choose another hobby.
